"Right before closing on Thursday, the 29th of September, I received a phone call from Shannon Brooks. She was relocating to the area from St. Louis and looking for a 3 bedroom apartment for her husband and two children. I told her about our community here at Arundel and explained to her that unfortunately we could not offer her a 3 bedroom, however, our newly renovated 2 bedroom has a lot of storage space and a large floor plan.
